1 lb Ground Turkey or Ground Chicken
1/2 cup Unseasoned Pork Rind Crumbs
1 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bacon crumbles
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl mix together all of the above ingredients until fully combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Using a tablespoon scoop out 30 balls. Using your hand roll them into small balls.
Place them on your parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked and enjoy.
Optional Extra Step
You can serve them as is or if you want an extra kick of buffalo sauce transfer the balls to a bowl and toss in additional buffalo sauce making sure to evenly coat them.
